OBJECTIVE: To supervise processing of various Export, Import and Taxation in Banking.

EXPORT - IMPORT OFFICER (FOREIGN BANKING)

Responsibilities:

  • To supervise and control receipt of all Export, Import and taxation documents and ensure all time and date stamped accurately and efficiently in accordance with centralized processing procedures (flow)
  • Issued Letter of Credit
  • Advice Letter of Credit
  • Issued Bank Guarantee
  • Collection Payment
  • Bank Correspondence through SWIFT communication
  • Monthly Trade Finance Reporting
  • Tax Payment Point Processor
  • Provide Daily Tax Payment Reporting to State Treasuries
  • Provide monthly Branch tax payment fee based to Business Unit
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experiences as a Trade Services background in Foreign Banking.
  • Familiar with export and import, LC documentation, Knowledge of Trade rules such as (UCP, ISBP rules, etc) and Trade Product.
  • Good FOREX knowledge.
  • Experiences in import tax/corporate tax will be advantage.
  • Location: Medan, Pekan Baru, Batam, Dumai, Palembang, Lampung, Padang, Balikpapan, Samarinda, Banjarmasin, Makasar, Irian Jaya and Surabaya
