REGIONAL MANAGER
(Jawa Tengah, Kalimantan Barat, Kalimantan Timur, Sulawesi Selatan, Sumatera Utara)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to lead and manage several agencies.
- Responsible to enhance overall business performance (such as: conduct training activties for agent and other supporting activities).
- Responsible to determine the best possible solutions for development and growth.
- Determine any improvement needed in agency, in order to achieve production (FYP) and manpower growth.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Good Communication skills, presentation, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Required language(s): English.
- Have working experience in Life Insurance as a Sales Manager, Development Manager or Training Manager.
- Full-Time positions available.
- work location will be in Jakarta, Sumatera (Medan), Kalimantan (Samarinda/Balikpapan), Sulawesi (Makassar), Central Java (Semarang), East Java (Surabaya).
