COLLECTION HEAD
Responsible for managing the collection function in the branch in accordance with company's policies and procedures to minimize the level of bad debts through an optimal portfolio management.
Placement: Jakarta, Medan, Palembang, Lampung and Balikpapan.

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00
• Maximum age of 33 years old (for staff positions)
• Having minimum of 2 years previous relevant experiences at similar position.
• Showing good leadership skill, conceptual and analytical thinking, exceptional communication, interpersonal skill, and high achiever
