AM OPERATION - MEDAN
(Medan - Sumatera Utara)

To ensure successful implementation of business strategies and branch’s profitability through development and implementation of service & operation initiatives in branch, and active contribution to the overall performance of the branch.

As a leader, the jobholder is expected to be a motivator and counselor to his/her team and is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high quality service to customers.

Requirements :
  • Has at least 3 years working experience in Banking, specifically in managing services, and operation in the area of Consumer Banking. Experience in managing subordinates is an advantage.
  • Has very strong service, operation, and leadership skills.
  • Has a good knowledge of General Banking operations, systems, and control.
  • Is conversant of all relevant Compliance boundaries of the role.
  • Good interpersonal skills to ensure harmonious working relationship with different functions within the Bank.
  • Demonstrates a high degree of integrity.
