CONSULTANT OF HUMAN RESOURCES / RO (CHR)
(Medan - Sumatera Utara)
Responsibilities :
- Handling manpower planning according to client's needs.
- Executing effective HR program including recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefits, staff relation and performance management
- Maintain and bridge the communication link between employees and client’s organization.
- Representing the Company’s Head Office in Jakarta for operational of Branch Office in Medan
Requirements :
- Male
- Age maximum 35 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills and Leadership
- Good decision maker and management skills
- Required skill(s): Recruitment, Development, Industrial Relation.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Have excellent communication, good appearance and ability to work in a team and individually
- Dynamic, honest, responsible, and willingness to work under pressure, long hours, and on weekends
- Preferably having background as Coordinator / Supervisor specializing in Human Resources.
- Fluent in English.
- Good knowledge in Computer Applications such as Ms Windows, Ms Office, etc
- Residence in Medan.
- Willing to travel.
