PERSONAL BANKING OFFICER (Code: PBO)

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure sales target are achieved
  • Maintain good relationship with customers
  • Acquire new customers

Requirements :
  • A Bachelor Degree from a reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75
  • Minimum 1 year experience in marketing
  • Understanding of Retail Banking products and services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Bahasa and English
  • Target and Customer Satisfaction oriented
  • Communicative and persuasive, able to conduct interesting presentation
  • Quickly adapt in any kind of situation

SALES & SERVICE OFFICER (Code: SSO)

Responsibilities :
  • Ensure sales target are achieved
  • Ensure excellent customer experience
  • Handle all customer inquiries and complaints
  • Complete application document and related administration process

Requirements :
  • A Diploma degree from a reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75
  • Fresh graduate
  • Proficient in the use of computer based office tools MS Word and MS Excel•
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
