SITAC PERMIT SUPERVISOR (WiMAX)
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility of site hunting related to engineering aspect.
- Responsibility of site drawing, technical issue, Capex.
- Responsibility of as plan drawing, hammer test and technical issue until site is acceptance.
- Material understanding & BOQ, budget controlling.
Requirements:
- Preferable Male
- Having min 3 years experience at supervisor level
- S1 Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
- Have a good database, hard copy and soft copy management
SENIOR CORE NETWORK ENGINEER (WiMAX)
Responsibilities:
- Contributes to the planning, design and operations of a WiMAX operator IP network.
- Develops and implements policies and procedures related to network hardware and software acquisition, installation, use, support, security, and backup.
- Develops network procedures and configuration guides for use by network operations.
- Coordinates with vendors for installation of microwave equipment, routers, switches, gateways, server etc.
- High level network traffic monitoring, analysis, collecting, and analyzing network utilization and generating periodical network status reports.
- Oversee necessary hardware maintenance and software upgrades
- Provides technical assistance to radio team, network operation and other department teams.
Requirements:
- Having min 6 years experience of relevant experience.
- S1 in Electrical Engineering, Informatics and Computer Engineering
- Minimum CCNA but CCNP would be preferably.
- 6-7 years experienced in Cisco-based networking-LAN, WAN, routing, NAT and security.
- Strong work experience and analytical skills in isolating faults & network problem.
NETWORK SURVEILLANCE ENGINEER (WiMAX)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for doing the daily shift operation of network surveillance team (24/7)
- Responsible for the use of Standard Operational Procedures within Network Operations
- Responsible for the use of Network Management System for monitoring status of whole network elements in all areas 24/7 as well as other tools like TT system, etc
- First line monitoring for fault handling and escalation to both internal (other dept, etc) and external (vendors, etc) for end to end support
- Monitors the execution of Planned Work and coordinates the result to affected parties
- Periodically generate network status reports that include routine shift reports, weekly report and monthly report
Requirements:
- Candidate must have minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
- Should possess a university degree (full time graduate) in Telecommunication / Electrical / IT Engineering
- Skilled in areas of wireless technologies of multi vendor environment (BTS, Radio access, Trans, Core, Provisioning, AAA, HA, etc).

MANAGER – OSS/BSS SYSTEMS (WiMAX)
Responsibilities:
- Guiding system planning, solution design and development delivery works in the team;
- Manage and coordinate all configuration and customization works required in OSS, BSS and Billing systems;
- Responsible for all system architecture and change requests in OSS and BSS to support all features or functions required by various business services in the company, such as broadband, voice, content services etc;
- Manage and Make Sure all Projects Implementation are Coordinated and Within the Timelines & Budgets;
- Ensuring and managing system development lifecycle (SDLC) for development or implementation works carried out by the team to meet KPI and SLA defined that contribute to company business activities.
- Responsible for system or function error trouble-shooting if incident involves system defects and escalated from technical support team.
- Making sure all OSS/BSS Systems are in the Highest Availability;
- Responsible to coordinate and define activities related to network care;
- Responsible to define responsibilities and follow their performance;
- Builds and maintain relationships with peers, associates, and representatives internal and external to the organization;
- Establish and Monitor process results M&P’s, maintenance, routines
- Manage allocation of necessary resources (staff, tools, equipment, etc.);
- Build team by guiding and developing subordinates.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Years of experience : 6-8 Years Experiences in Operations Systems and Support (OSS)
- Familiar with NOC Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) as well as others NOC Terminology i.e. KQI, KCI, MTTR, MTTE, FCR and Permanent Fix.
- Experiences in system planning, solution evaluation, development management skills and procedures.
- Telecommunications business process experiences and technical operation knowledge especially in Billing System are very encouraging.
- Working experiences in development software tools such as C, Java, UNIX Shell Script and etc. Database experience in Oracle is an added advantage.
- A development and customization experience in OBRM / Portal Billing System is very encouraging.
- Familiar with any of the following Network Management Systems (NMS) and Performance Management Tools: Solarwinds, OPManager, HP OpenView, IBM Netcool, IBM Proviso, CA Spectrum/E-Health, OSI NetExpert, EMC SMART, Applications Manager, Netflow Traffic Analyzer, Network Configuration Management.
- Familiar with IP v4/v6, DNS/DHCP, AAA, Proxy and Firewall Configuration.
- Exposed to any of the following Management Protocol: SNMP, MIB, OID, CORBA, JMS/XML, Q3, SOAP, TL1.
- Technical Background in IT / Telecommunication’s 2G / 3G / 4G / WIFI / WIMAX Technologies are added advantages and will be given priorities

- Responsible for doing network agility test, network risk analysis and reliability
