Human Resource Officer
(Jawa Timur, Kalimantan Timur, Papua, Sumatera Utara)
Responsibilities:
- Experienced in industrial relation from law aspect, Indonesian Labor Law & Regulation
- Have sound knowledge & experience in HR Policy & Procedures, Personal matters, employee relation, property legality.
- Has skills in screening process (includes paper screening, interview, reference cheking, etc)
- able to work in tight deadline
- have good capacity in leadership, integrity, and loyality
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Employee/Labour Relation or General HR.
