Responsibilities:
- Conduct recruitment process (Screening, psycotest, interview, psycotest result and summary)
Requirements:
- Male/female max 27 years old
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) from reputable university, major in Psychology, with minimum GPA 3.00
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are welcome to apply
- Preferable having 1-3 years of experience in recruitment process
- There are 1 full-Time positions available.
- Exellent in assessment technique and psychodiagnostic (psychological test, interview&making psychological report)
- Computer literate is a must (Ms. Office)
- Strong & effective interpersonal and communication skills, Motivated, Good Attitude and an energetic team player
- Resourceful with high degree of integrity, initiative and analytical skills (strong analytical thinking, attention to details, and well organized)
- Domicile in Medan and willing to be located in Medan
