From the beginning, CCMA has embarked on a research and development (R&D) program aimed at formulating the best fertilizers for both plantation and cash crops. While much of this R&D is undertaken by our own personnel, we also collaborate closely with the Government’s agricultural research institutions to produce fertilizers suitable for all crops in Indonesia. With a large dealer network, our fertilizers are easily available to our customers and the agricultural community throughout the country. Our core business activities are divided into Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals and Fertilizers Divisions. We also represent more than 50 globally renowned companies in the ASEAN region.

To support its aggressive expansion plan in Indonesia we are seeking dynamic and highly motivated individuals to fill the positions of :

HRDGA Executive (HREXEC) – Medan

Responsibilities:

* Handle recruitment process and administrative tasks required
* Provide guidance for orientation of new staff
* Provide support for design of course materials for training, preparation and facilitation of training courses, performing miscellaneous duties related to training and development
* Provide support for implementation of employee relation; personnel issues/activities; correspondence; general office; building maintenance; general safety knowledge and administrative tasks
* Handle employee relations activities such as employee contract agreement, Jamsostek, insurance, work permit for expatriates, payroll system.
* Develop HR policy and procedure, company permit/legal compliances
* Involve in various projects related to Human Capital Development

Requirements:

* Degree in Management, Law and or any related discipline
* Minimum 3 years of working experience in handling HR & GA matters
* Having good knowledge in Indonesian Labor Law
* Maximum 28 years old
* High degree of self-initiative, good relationship skill and communication skill
* Detailed and careful working attitude
* Customer Focused - Strong service mentality to serve our customers
* Strong character, multitasking person and able to work under pressure
