Marketing Brand Manager (Code: MBM)
(Sumatera Utara - Medan)
Responsibilities:
* This position will be based in Medan, main duties is developing creative marketing campaign for
* Cement based products. This will be an exciting job with a lot of creativity and strategy to increase the market share, develop BTL campaigns Nationwide, and lots of room to grow. Ideally you have experience in traditional/modern market, or working with Distributors, creative with NPD, a high energy person who loves challenge. Candidates coming from FMCG/Building materials industry are encouraged to apply.
Requirements:
* Female, 30- 40 years old
* Marketing or Business University graduate, MBA is a plus
* Knowledge on cement manufacturing process an advantage
* Minimum 5 years working experience with 2 years as a managerial level in multinational company, posses very good market creativity, general analytical skills.
* Good interpersonal skill, and Communication skills; Fluent of English and Indonesian both oral and written.
* Computer literacy is a must to provide any business reports (MS Words, Excel, Project, and Power Points)
* Willing to travel domestically and internationally whenever required
* Based in Medan

Technical Sales Manager (Code: TSM)
(Sumatera Utara - Medan)
Responsibilities:
* This position will be based in Medan, main duties is providing Technical Solution to sell Cement based product. Candidates from Cement/concrete industry, contractors, building materials are open to try this position. This position requires high mobility and will cover several areas/cities in Indonesia. If you get a kick out of closing deals, love being involved in project, solutions oriented and have good communication skills, then submit your resume for consideration.
Requirements:
* Male or Female, 30-40 years old
* Willing to be relocated to Medan
* Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering is preferred
* Minimum 8 years B2B experience in sales
* Good network within the building materials industry
* Can demonstrate an advance understanding and expertise of the local market condition while developing best sales practices - Solution Oriented
* Experience in Project tender and bidding process
* Has an in depth understanding of priority actions to help promote products in the broader context of cement activity.
