- Bachelor degree (D3/S1) in Law or Psychology
- Min. years experience in HR as generalist & GA
- High integrity, character, and values
- Proven leadership and motivational skills
- Able to prepare planning, organizing & solution of HR matters
- Deep understanding on Recruitment, Payroll, Labour Law, Government and environment liasioning
- Proficiency of relevant computer software (Microsoft office)
- A good team player as is able to work independently
- Strong organizational & communication skills, exhibits strong interpersonal skills
- Hard worker and able to work under pressure.
