- Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in any field, from one of the reputable overseas universities (outside Indonesia)
- At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
- Excellent communication skill is mandatory, including written communication in both Indonesian and English - to liaise with Indonesian speaking associates.
- Ability to speak Mandarin will be an advantage (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates).
- Mature and reliable personality with strong dedication and passion.
- Availability to travel frequently, or to be based anywhere in the region.
